Adel Bellemlih


Founder and Managing Director
Adel is passionate about the inherently multidisciplinary nature of real estate development. He brings to Redic Developments 20 years of experience in the technical, legal, commercial and financial aspects of complex real estate and major public infrastructure developments.

Prior to co-founding Redic Developments, Adel was the VP of Business Development in Canada for the Bouygues Construction group (50 $billion in sales, 80 countries). He played an active role in the Canadian PPP and Design-Build Market from 2007 to 2015, successfully leading the development of over $800 million worth of major institutional projects, including:
  • RCMP E-Division Headquarters & Forensic Laboratory- $300 million+
  • Iqaluit International Airport - $250 million+
  • Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Center - $150 million+
  • Kitsilano Secondary School - $50 million+
Adel has worked on a variety of projects in 15 countries and speaks fluently 5 languages. He holds a Master in Civil Engineering (INSA, France) and an Advanced Master in Strategy and Management of International Business (Essec, France).

Since 2015, Adel has been volunteering his time as a board member of a local NGO, helping families dealing with severe mental illnesses amongst their loved ones.

Hamid Ahmadian


Founder and Managing Director
Hamid is an entrepreneur with 15 years of experience and a focus on Real Estate in the past 10 years. Before co-founding Redic Developments, Hamid owned and managed a construction and property development company and led smaller scale development projects through the entire real estate development value chain.

He holds a Bachelor in Civil Engineering and an M.B.A, both from the University of British Columbia. Hamid’s prestigious Wesbrook Scholar designation reflects his exceptional level of academic achievement. He recently completed Harvard Business School’s Program in Leadership Development. Hamid is a Certified management accountant (CMA) and Chartered Professional accountant (CPA). He is also a member of The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.

In 2015, Hamid was appointed by the Council of the City of Vancouver to sit on the Development Permit Board Advisory Panel.
Jean-Jacques Brossier Profile Photo

Jean-Jacques Brossier


Vice President Special Projects
Jean-Jacques’ 30 year career working on major public and private projects in the construction industry has spanned the globe. This has enabled him to live in France, Tahiti, Argentina, Cuba, Panama and over the last decade, Canada. 

His experience working for international and local companies extends from on site responsibilities – Director of Construction on $100+ million projects with Vinci and with Bouygues Construction - to pre-construction roles, as Director of Bids and Business Development with both Bouygues Construction and Graham Construction.
 
These experiences in various types of environments have forged his personal and professional values and helped him earn the respect of his peers in the industry. JJ has a passion for fairness and making win-win deals, project and process optimization, creativity and out of the box thinking.
 
He graduated from France’s prestigious Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées - in 1990.
Armin Khatoonabadi

Armin Khatoonabadi


VP of Design and Construction
Armin has 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry, with a passion for project leadership and innovation. Armin started his career as a site engineer and moved progressively up to become a Project Manager, Technical Manager and Head of Design.

Prior to joining REDIC Developments, he worked on a variety of design and construction projects including:
  • Planning and Construction Schedule Management - Hotel Georgia Residential Tower, Vancouver – $300 million+
  • Pre-Construction Manager - 2 new residential towers - SFU Burnaby Campus – $30 million+
  • Construction Project Manager - Spark Residential Building – Richmond – $14 million
  • Pre-Construction Manager for the Renovation of the Vancouver Cathedral – Vancouver - $6 million+
  • Construction Project Manager - BMW dealership + multilevel parking – North Vancouver
  • Construction Project Manager - Renovation of 17 elevators in St. Paul Hospital - Vancouver
Armin holds a Master in Structural Engineering and an M.B.A.

In his spare time, Armin is also a successful entrepreneur in the tech industry, currently leading his second venture in the field of machine vision.

Ryan Rohani


Development & Acquisitions
Ryan believes that creativity, teamwork and passion are at the root of every great deal. He brings to Redic Developments 10 years of experience in the brokerage, syndication and acquisition side of the real estate business. Prior to joining Redic Developments, Ryan was the Acquisitions Manager of a Vancouver based real estate development firm with over $800 million dollars in active developments across British Columbia and Alberta.

In 2018 Ryan was appointed by City Council to sit as an Advisory Panel member to the Development Permit Board of the City of Vancouver.
